Ecosensa participated in Wireless Sensor Technology Exhibition

Our company participated in a one day National Exhibition on Wireless Sensor Technology, it was co-organised by the Ministry of Information Communications and Culture (MICC), Malaysia and National Centre of Excellence for Sensor Technology (NEST) This Exhibition aimed at providing awareness and creating interest for government agencies, private sectors and public towards the usage and economic potential of wireless sensor technology. In conjuction with the Exhibition, National Centre of Excellence for Sensor Technology (NEST) officially launched by YB Dato' Seri Utama Dr Rais Yatim, Minister of Information Communications and Culture.

With regards to Malaysia RFID spectrum on the 919 – 923MHz allocation in the SRSP, there are two power leves provided for. Authorisationfor ERP below 2W is by way of class Assignment (CA) and uto 4W is by way of apparatus Assignment (AA). The use of equipment exceeding 4W is not permitted. The use of spectrum under CA does not require an application to MCMC but for AA, an application is require.
